Canal Society of New Jersey: Interesting site with lots of info on the Morris Canal and it's unique history! Lots of fine, dedicated folks who put on a terrific Festival each year on the grounds of the Historic Waterloo Village, in Stanhope, NJ. Please, visit them! If you've never heard a conch shell being 'sounded' (canal boat Captains were required to sound a horn before they approached the lock) Bob Hofmann has a video clip of me sounding the shell at last year's festival!
Cumberland Valley School of Music: CVSM (located on the campus of Wilson College, in Chambersburg, PA) is where I teach voice, beginners guitar, songwriting, and coach drama students. This school has an outstanding reputation in this area and is unique among independent community music organizations. Their site will tell you all about what they offer regarding individual/group instruction, community concerts, summer camp programs, etc.. I'm very proud to be a part of this community of musicians!
